Frequently asked questions
Where is our data hosted?
Exclusively in France (Paris region), with a French cloud provider. No transfer outside the EU, no subcontractor subject to the CLOUD Act. CVs are automatically deleted after 24 months (GDPR compliance). The full stack is public on our Sovereignty page.
Does the free trial require a credit card?
No. The 30-day trial on your selected plan opens without a credit card. At the end, you can subscribe or let the account expire — no automatic charge.
How does AI scoring work?
On each new application, a French AI hosted in France compares the CV to the job against 4 weighted criteria: skills, experience, education, motivation. The overall score and a 2–3 sentence summary appear in the record. The score is indicative and the decision always stays human.
Which sites are my jobs distributed to?
Published jobs appear on your career page, with Google for Jobs structured data and an open XML feed (Atom). Google decides whether to index them. No other jobboard connection is currently active.
Can we host the career page on our own domain?
Yes. You enter your address (e.g. jobs.mycompany.com) in the settings, add one line at your domain provider (a CNAME record — their support does it in 5 minutes), and the security certificate activates by itself.
What happens to candidates after 24 months?
Candidates not contacted again are automatically anonymized: name, email, phone, CV are deleted. The statistical history remains usable but no longer identifies the person.
And if we exceed the Pro plan limits?
The Pro plan covers 10 published jobs and 300 simultaneous active candidates. At capacity, aiKip keeps your work safe and shows the exact usage before inviting an administrator to choose more capacity. Existing data remains accessible and no hidden fee is charged.
Billing: how does it work?
Monthly or annual payment via Mollie (SEPA or card) — the -40% launch offer applies to both intervals. Monthly plans can be canceled for the end of the current month; annual plans remain active for the prepaid 12-month term.
