What you can expect

01

Your career page

Each published job has an application page with your identity and legal notices.

02

Ready for Google for Jobs

Jobs include JobPosting structured data. Google decides whether to index and display them.

03

An open XML feed

Access published jobs through an Atom feed, without an external account or API key.

04

All applications in one place

Feed links lead to your career page. Each application reaches your recruitment pipeline.

One publication, three access points

Publishing a job makes it accessible on your career page. Its Google for Jobs markup is generated and it joins your company XML feed.

The feed uses the standard Atom format. Its availability does not mean that a jobboard automatically retrieves it.

What is available today

Distribution includes the career page, Google for Jobs markup and the XML feed. No other jobboard connection is active.

Distribution partnerships will be developed after public launch. They are not part of the current offering.

Individual visit and per-channel conversion tracking is paused. Links to your jobs remain usable.

Frequently asked questions

Will my jobs automatically appear on Google?

Google for Jobs compatible markup is automatic for published jobs. Indexing and display remain at Google’s discretion and are not guaranteed.

What is the XML feed for?

It exposes your published jobs in Atom format, with a link to each job. Its address is available in the Distribution tab. No partner automatically receives this feed.
